TRAINER BIOS


Lucille S. Abbene, RN, BSN, RNFA, CNOR, PLNC
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Ms. Abbene has over 18 years of extensive clinical experience in surgery as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA). Her background also includes positions as a Clinical Nurse Educator of Peri-Operative Services, and is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. She earned her RNFA from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of Newark, New Jersey, and her BSN from the University of Phoenix. She is active in her nursing association AORN, and is passionate about education. She is currently finishing up her Master of Nursing in Healthcare Education from the University of Phoenix. Originally from New York, Lucille now resides in Arizona.

 

Barbara Ackerman, RN, M.Ed

Ms. Ackerman has a diverse background in nursing, sales, and marketing and education. Formerly from Boston, Massachusetts, she currently resides in Florida.

 

Brian Bercich

Mr. Bercich has over 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical, managed markets and medical industries. He has held various positions including Sales Rep, Sales/Clinical Trainer, Regional and National Account Manager. Brian obtained his B.A. and M.A. from Concordia University, St. Paul, MN. Brian is also a Certified Pharmacy Technician-CPhT. Brian resides in Minnesota.

 

Jeanette Bokland

Ms. Bokland has over 30 years of health care experience. After 10 years of floor nursing, she advanced into home health sales and management. Her background also includes over 15 years as a business owner of medical equipment services and over 10 years clinical training for software and hardware for health care professionals. Jeanette resides in Florida.

 

Abbey Davidson, RN, BSN
EDUCATION SERVICES MANAGER
Ms. Davidson earned her RN, BSN from Indiana University School of Nursing. Her clinical career has included bone marrow transplant, oncology, emergency room and ICU nursing. Abbey also has 14 years of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and IT training in the traumatic injury field. She also has leadership and business ownership experience in the insurance industry. Mike was an EMT at St. Anthony's Hospital, Denver, CO for four years and has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Black Hills State University. Mike splits his residence between CO and VA.

Ms. Flowers' professional background includes PICU nurse, PALS and BLS instructor, college instructor, FNP, and quality administrator. Originally from Asheville, North Carolina, Bobbie resides in South Carolina.

 

Kellye Frye, RN, BSN, MS

Ms. Frye earned her BSN from Indiana Wesleyan University and has worked as a psychiatric nurse, and as director of nursing in home health. She also has a Master’s degree from Indiana State University in Counseling and BS degree from Purdue University in psychology. She has worked in the mental health field as a therapist, IOP Coordinator, Access Center Coordinator and a physician extender. She also has experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative and as a district trainer. Kellye resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.

 

Tricia Hastings, RN

Ms. Hastings has a wealth of experience in clinical research, patient care, and independent consulting roles, which includes expertise in quality assurance, site review, case management and protocol implementation. Tricia resides in Texas.

 

Sherrell Jackson, RN, MS, CLC

Ms. Jackson was a labor and delivery nurse and obstetrics educator for a large magnet hospital in New York City. During her role as an educator, she had the opportunity to be involved in various trainings throughout the hospital, with every level of nursing. Sherrell resides in New York.

Ms. Knight is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a BS degree in Nursing. Her clinical experience includes L&D, ER, and MedEvac nursing with the United States Air Force Nurse Corp. She also has management experience as a Director for a large Intake Referral Dept. and DON experience for a Home Health agency. She joined the Micromedex Editorial Dept. in 2005. Kim managed the Disease/CMI team before moving to the Education Services Team. Kim resides in Colorado.

Ms. Kreskowiak has a strong background in both account management and training. Her background includes a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in organizational management. Wendy currently resides in Michigan.

 

Nancy McLain, RN, BSN

Ms. McLain has a B.S. in Nursing from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN. She has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the U.S. Healthcare Sales Division promoting medications in the cardiovascular, gastroenterology, respiratory and infectious disease fields. She provided strong leadership to her peers through mentoring and as a District Trainer. Nancy resides in Tennessee.

 

Joan Shisler

Ms. Shisler’s background includes a bachelor’s degree in education, with experience in the Atlanta School System. She held sales, training and senior management positions with dental and pharmaceutical companies. Her experience includes allergy/asthma, anti-infective, and the cardiovascular disease states.
